At Hoya Obsessed, customers are our top priority - without you we would not be here today. That is why we offer our 48-hour satisfaction guarantee period that starts immediately when you receive your plant.

We do our best to ensure that your plants are pest-free, partial to fully rooted, and acclimated to local Canadian and US climates. As plants can be fragile and sensitive to environmental changes, there may be times that plants become unhealthy and simply can not be revived. In these cases, please let us know as soon as possible.

In some cases, plants may perish due to improper care such as over or under watering, excess or lack of lighting, lack of nutrients, improper transfers to alternative mediums, etc. In these scenarios, we are unfortunately not unable to offer our guarantee.

For shipping, we use Canada Post (primarily Purolator Express), UPS, and USPS as our shipping partners. We ship once a week (every Monday) and our standard delivery time is 1-3 business days.

Disclaimer: We can not control the quality of delivery as there are always risks involved when shipping live plants. There may be times that packages are not handled with care, drastic changes in temperature, humidity issues, etc. In these cases, please contact us so we can make it right for you.

Please note: For exchanges and replacements, additional shipping and handling fees may be applicable depending on the scenario.
