Well-rooted hoya sunrise planted in Jeffrey's Hoya mix. 9 leaves with two growth points. Gorgeous plant!!  Known for its ability to show some gorgeous red and orangey colours when sun-stressed.  I recommend doing this when it reaches its forever spot as shipping a sun-stressed plant can further stress it.

Hoya Sunrise

Enterprising plant breeders are always experimenting with breeding techniques to create hybrids. In the case of the Hoyas, cross-pollination has produced some spectacular results. One particular hybrid prized amongst plant collectors is the Hoya cv. 'Sunrise'. A hybrid of Hoya lacunosa and Hoya obscura, this hoya is considered to be a rare and valuable plant. Michael Miyashiro created this plant in 1992

The Hoya cv. 'Sunrise'. is noted for its lovely colouring, which features variegations of deep and yellow-green with purplish red tones reminiscent of a sunrise. The tear-drop-shaped leaves turn a stunning maroon colour when exposed to direct sunlight, highlighting pale veins. The plant puts out honey-smelling white flowers when grown in the shade. When grown in sunlight, it grows pink blooms.
